Garrison Park is a small area in NH that was a lift served ski area at one time.  It is not lift served at this time, but it is open for "earn-your-turns" skiing and snowboarding as well as sledding.  I believe this may be the small ski area my sister and I stopped by when we were stranded in Dover, NH during the blizzard of 78.
